Nelda Thomas, the Lord's bondservant, is a noted speaker and Bible teacher who brings joy, inspiration, and encouragement to the hearts of those who love God's word and its practical application for daily living. She travels extensively sharing the Word in such a way that challenges you to make it a part of your life. She communicates the Word in a clear and understandable way. And her heart's desire is to create a spiritual hunger in the lives of those to whom she speaks so that they will grow in the knowledge of the Lord and His Word. She has been engaged in full-time ministry since 1973 traveling with a gospel singing group, The Four Runners, performing concerts for eleven years. Then she moved to Butte, Montana, to serve as a Director of a Campus Ministry where she actively discipled and trained students to love God and implement His word in their lives. She was introduced to Precept Bible Studies in 1985 and began to incorporate the method of inductive Bible study into her ministry. In 1987, she moved to the Bitterroot Valley in southwestern Montana and began extensive Bible teaching and discipleship involving many churches in the area. Nelda has been training people how to study the Bible for themselves through workshops conducted by Precept Ministries since 1989. Nelda is a popular speaker at Bible conferences, retreats, seminars and Bible camps. She leads two Bible classes per week as well as serving in her local church at the keyboard. She served for seven years on the State Executive Board and Finance Committee of her church's denomination. Single, never married, Nelda looks to the Lord as her husband who supplies all her needs. She communicates her deep love for her Lord through her Bible-based presentations. She travels extensively in the States and Canada sharing her enthusiasm with others for getting into the Word of God for the answers to life. Nelda is a woman who delights in the Lord and counts it a privilege to tell of His greatness and faithfulness to all generations, making known His wondrous deeds among the people.
Is my heart's burning desire. To tell of Your lovingkindness and faithfulness For the frail human dust that we are.
To shout Your magnificent names to those
To manifest Your glory through this frail frame,
